Creating a culture of gospel-centered, family-based care for the orphaned and vulnerable of Paraguay.

Orphans are easier to ignore before you know their names…

…It is easier to pretend they're not real before you hold them in your arms. But once you do, everything changes…”

Our Impact

Little Neighbors launched in March of 2020 and since then our impact has grown steadily. Our goal is to serve 80 children and teens annually by the year 2030. Our first year we served 12 children and teens, in 2021 that number was 20. In 2022 we served 35 and in 2023 we served 44 children and teens.

The Paraguayan government is eager to see Little Neighbors continue to expand its area of impact and local christians are responding to the call.

Through your generous giving, we will continue to connect kids with safe, loving families in order that they may better know and understand their heavenly Father and fulfill His purpose for them.

Our Three Programs

  • Family-Based Care

We believe children belong in families. The vast majority of children that are separated from their biological family would thrive in the care of a safe, loving foster family. It is our desire to equip Paraguayan families who are willing to follow Jesus in this way.

  • Adoption Support

Currently, many families in Paraguay feel adoption is a backup plan. There are some unique challenges that families face before, during and after the adoption process, and we are committed to walk with these families by providing training, advice and sometimes a shoulder to cry on.

  • Mentor / Discipleship

Each year in Paraguay, dozens of teenagers and young adults leave institutions and face the world alone. Unfortunately, many of them fall back into a cycle of mistakes, but a mentor, who will be with them both in their stumblings and successes, can make all the difference.
